I had big plans. I wanted something new, fun, a little out there but not too far. It’s coming in pieces and eventually it will all be put together but until then I still am making decisions. This one is the biggest. Do I dare? A little busy-ok, a lot busy. But is it too busy if there is a huge black mirror, some sconces to break it up? Ahh, I can’t seem to find the right black and white wallpaper. Tips anyone? In the meantime I’m painting it the same blue as the other wall so my couch doesn’t blend into the wall. Oh, I am so not an interior decorator. Shannon, where are you?

OH I love the black and white. Check out brocadehome.com. They have a few different black and white wallpapers that I love! They are a little pricey, but depending on how big your wall is it might be worth it! Crazy how wallpaper is coming back. Call me and we can chat about your room! love ya!

what if you did like three framed panels of the wallpaper. . .with the blue painted wall behind it?

Jenny, YES! You dare! The room is coming along beautifully. I love the blue you’ve chosen. And the fireplace! Wow. I think the wallpaper will add a great touch to the room. Looking forward to seeing it in person!
